A free professional lesson by Solar Cleaning Academy.
Lesson overview
A photovoltaic power plant is not an ordinary grassed area. Electrical equipment, live DC cabling, metal structures, sensitive PV modules, restricted spaces, uneven terrain and continuously changing vegetation exist in the same working environment. Mowing must therefore be treated as a specialised operation and maintenance activity rather than simple landscape work.
This free lesson introduces the principles of site inspection, risk assessment, machinery and method selection, safe work organisation, fire prevention, asset protection, quality control and long-term vegetation planning.
